This was all done on the same day that I began the painting. I have added the shadows underneatht the squash and worked in more detail into the vegetables. It was a good day painting.

A good day, indeed.
I'm with you on the tactile experience art could lend, if only if only. You could change that.
When I was in AmeriCorps this last time, I really really wanted to do some kind of "blind painting" project, not with blindfolds but so that the art could become that touchyfeely thing I so need. I could never quite figure out the angle on it. It's something I still think about. Thanks for wiggling the idea around again for me.
